1. Implemented permissions:
   - kukso.command.warp to use /warps and /warp <warpName> commands
   - kukso.command.delwarp to use /delwarp <warpName> command
   - kukso.command.setwarp to use /setwarp <warpName> command
   - kukso.warps.bypass.warmup to bypass warmup before teleporting
   - kukso.warps.bypass.cooldown to bypass cooldown before teleport again
2. Show warmup message as notification instead of chat message
3. Teleportation gets cancelled if you move during warm up
