This is simply a basic NPC that has been modified to sell cool items. It's up to you whether you want to modify it further, or if you want to sell other items.

This version adds an extra vendor who is absolutely adorable.
This little vendor is a gourmet. In exchange for a bit of cultural knowledge, he'll offer you fire essence. But that's not all, he sells 10 items, here they are:
To spawn it, use the command /npc spawn blue_spark
This mod has no additional files
