Kinetica : Extended Spellbooks

Changelog:

Telekinesis :
-Stabilized Telekinesis movement to prevent wild vertical oscillation
-Added fixed bob behavior + safer vertical limits in telekinesis.
-Reworked telekinesis velocity application to use target velocity correction (desired - current) instead of compounding every tick.

this should make the spell alot smoother to use specially against players

Force Pull:
-Same stabilization fix 
-switched to corrected velocity control 
-Increased pull speed and strength significantly

Levitation :
-Reduced Levitation particle spam (effect interval increased, now less frequent).

Force Push:
-Updated Push behavior to launch up + forward (instead of only forward-like behavior).
