Quick Balance hotfix:

Reduced default basemana 30 -> 25
Reduced default Spellbooks mana bonus 80 -> 60

mana bonus is now configurable.

-Delete the old config.json file and rejoin the world for the new configs to show.

people who use UMT can reduce these or set them to 0 in the config file (totaly optional)
