Levitate spellbook Overhaul:
       -New Mass Levitation Charged attack : hold left click button to levitate all entities  in a         7 block radius of the player
       -changed levitation logic
       -levitation can now be cast on multiple targets simultaneously
       -slightly decresead levitation times
       -levitation can now be comboed with other spell ( example: levitate then push spell for         way stronger push or levitate then drag with telekenisis or  pull)
       -New particle effects


- slightly decreased Push force 80 -> 70
- alot of code fixes and optimizations
