Security

• Request body size limit - Vote HTTP endpoint now rejects payloads larger than 64 KB, preventing memory exhaustion from oversized POST requests
• JSON response escaping - HTTP error responses now use Gson for proper JSON construction, preventing malformed responses from special characters in error messages

Fixed

• Scanner log spam - Rejected connections from the same IP are now throttled after 3 warnings per minute. Subsequent attempts are silently counted and a summary is logged when the window expires.
• Null error message in greeting handler - Fixed "Error in greeting handler: null" log message when scanners disconnect abruptly. Now shows the exception class name instead.
