What's new

Added support for subfolders in the messages directory. Added new config options: LogLevel (INFO, DEBUG, NONE) and CreateExampleMessages. Disabling examples will not make them generate. Also moved them to messages/example/. Renamed Enable-Randomization to EnableRandomization for consistency. Updated README.md Push version
