Added Mielikki, Mother of the Forest (summoned with Mielikki's Promise) the new first boss of the mod, fought to unlock mining and the Crude Pickaxe Recipe!
Made War Hog drop a Copper Pickaxe Recipe
Locked ores behind pickaxe and boss progression (Crude mines Copper, Copper mines Iron, Iron Mines Thorium, etc etc)

This mod currently adds a boss to the first 2 zones, with progression to follow them. You must beat Mielikki in Zone 1 to unlock the crude pickaxe to mine Copper, then beat the War Hog in Zone 2 to unlock the copper pickaxe to mine iron! (and as of now progression past that isn't locked, except you must upgrade pickaxe tiers!)
