Tool Restrictions

We have introduced a new system to restrict vein mining to specific tools. This allows for better balance and customization.

• Pickaxe Requirement: Toggle mustHoldPickaxe (Default: true).
• Hatchet/Axe Requirement: Toggle mustHoldHatchet (Default: true).
• Shovel/Spade Requirement: Toggle mustHoldShovel (Default: true).

How it works:

• Whitelist Mode: If you enable any of the above options (set to true), you can only vein mine while holding one of the enabled tools.
• Free Mode: If you disable all options (set all to false), you can vein mine with any item or your bare hands.

Configuration Changes

• The configuration file is now correctly generated in the mods/hyultimine/ directory (mods/hyultimine/hyultimine.json).
• Added debug logging to the console to assist with troubleshooting configuration issues.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where the configuration file was being generated in the root directory instead of the mods folder.
• Fixed potential issues with item ID detection.
