- Fixed an issue with config migration to encrpyted format
- Added additional fallback options for encryption salts to accommodate a wider variety of hosting circumstances.
- An important note/reminder here: the encryption is really just meant to guard against inadvertent/accidental disclosures of the token/webhook info. It's not foolproof.
