• Added option to HyspeechDialogAsset to allow dialogs to execute a specific list of commands via 'Hyspeech Macros'.
       NOTE: For now, Hyspeech Macros are run from the console, which has more authority than operators!
• Added functions for developers to register parameters used in dialog macros.
• Default parameters such as {username} and {uuid} have been added for Hyspeech Macros.
