HySkills - Custom RPG Skills/Stats/Leveling

*New interact system from ground up. Should be a lot more full proof now. *Player edit stamina causing health to increase by same amount. *Most logs switched off for performance issues. *Crafting bench for locked item is finally FIXED. Locked items cant be crafted. *The bug of empty allow list to adding something to it causing world to freeze still exists. Tried everything no fix to it as of yet. If you are working on skills and such then please check the link in the desc where ShadXn has made a skill builder that should be a lot easier to use if you are having issues with interact and freezes. Then you can copy the skills.json across to skills_data folder within world folder. Best option is just make the skill entirely then save it and restart server once. Should be good.
