The power of each explosive is modified depending on its tier; some explosives are now capable of shattering volcanic rock in a single blast.
C4 Tier 1 / Rocket Tier 2: Requires 2 blasts to shatter.
Rocket Tier 3 / Crossbow Super Charge: Requires 1 blast to shatter volcanic rock.
This should make these explosives useful for mining or demolition, while still maintaining the balance required for survival gameplay.
