Bunch of stuff fixed, quality of life, HUD, added support for OrbisGuard as requested and better anti-grief logic, fleshed out portals and fixed a memory leak.

There's a known issue with dungeons not having the displayed level in /rift status - i'm not so sure why this is happening yet.
