GravestonePlugin integration, expanded admin tools, and several important bug fixes.

🪦 GravestonePlugin Integration

• 🔒 Faction-aware gravestone protection — owners always access their own gravestone, faction members and allies are configurable per territory
• 🇧 Per-zone settings — SafeZone, WarZone, and Wilderness each independently configurable
• 💬 Death location announcements — faction members are notified with coordinates when someone dies
• 🛠️ New /f admin gravestone command and config/gravestones.json for full control
• ⚠️ Note: Requires a new GravestonePlugin release with the v2 API — pending review in zurkubusiness/gravestones#2. Until that PR is merged, the integration detects the plugin but the AccessChecker won't register.

• 📋 Integration Flags sub-page — toggle gravestone_access per zone from Admin Zone Settings
• 🔎 /f admin integrations now shows all 7 integrations across Permissions, Protection, and Placeholders
• 📄 /f admin integration <name> for detailed status on any integration

🐛 Bug Fixes

• 💧 GUI crash on promotion — fixed crash when promoting/demoting members while others have the GUI open
• 🗺️ World map blank after teleport — was wiping all tiles instead of refreshing only changed chunks
• 💬 Placeholders for factionless players — fixed raw text like {factions_tag} showing instead of empty values
• 🔎 Set Relation search — fixed search field losing focus on every keystroke

🔄 Changes

• 🏷️ Zone flag gravestone_access renamed to "Others Loot Graves" for clarity
• 📑 Placeholder expansions now return empty defaults for factionless players instead of null
