0.2.9 – 2026-02-24

New Loot Pools

  • Loot pools added: Trash & Treasure drops with a smooth pre-roll → pending-loot → reel flow.
  • Loot pools may need to be tweaked.
  • Treasure and trash can be added via config. Drop rates can also be adjusted.

Cleaner Catches & Banners

  • Unified fish & loot toasts for a consistent look.
  • Removed all chat messages. (no more chat spam). Global records now show: Global Record by {player}.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a server crash that could occur when reeling in nearby fish (Invalid entity reference). (thanks Blaade)
  • Various small stability and polish fixes.

Known Issues

  • Angler's Bench is still using the wrong icon.
