- UsePermissionsSystem config optino added default true for the more simple servers that don't use permissions
- Added /setspawn (name) that uses hyessentialsx.spawn.(name) permissions for spawns for specific ranks which take priority over the base .spawn permission (completely optional and if you just /setspawn its just normal how its been)
- delspawn also deletes named spawns now
- Added spawn config storage
- Added configurable spawn world protection where you have to select what worlds you want to have spawn protection now (first setup it auto pulls the default world and you can change it how you like from there)
- Updated some language keys ( more to be done here sorry guys!)
