You may modify and redistribute this mod freely as long as credit is given to me in some way that is notieaible and that you mention that your mod is using or editing my mod.  Do not re-upload the mod without any edit. You may use this mod in modpacks freely, however it is recommended you provide credit to the author of the mod you used in it if you uplaod the modpack.
