Hydra Storm Upgrades adds the ascended tier for Hydra storm weapons. Players can craft Hydra Tempest Catalysts from boss materials and lightning resources, then ascend the Storm Hammer, Thunder Bow, and Lightning Staff into stronger endgame versions through normal crafting benches.
