Added Discord bot commands: !link, !playerlist, and /playerlist. /link is still there
!link now sends the link code via DM (Discord limitation: only slash commands can be sent private to the same channel).
Fixed prefix color parsing to support ie <color:red>...</color> / <color:red>...</color:red> and strip <b> tags.
Fixed EssentialsPlus compatibility so cancelled chat events still relay to Discord (while respecting mutes).
Added a toggle for prefixes being sent to discord or hytale
Once again fixed server start and stop not sending every time
