Fixed an issue where missing intents in the discord bot would cause the plugin to stop relaying messages altogether.

Now, when intents are not present, the plugin will provide a message in the server log warning the server operator about the missing intents and the features they're necessary for, provide a link to instructions on setting up bot intents, and reconnect without requesting those intents, disabling the features those intents are necessary to perform.

New Command:  /hycord status

• Requires Op permissions to execute
• Prints the status of the Discord Bot into the chatlog of the player that executes the command.

Added color processing for a cleaner appearance throughout the plugin.
