[NEW] Rank Management System

Make your server ranks useful with new dedicated commands!

• /setrank <player> <rank>: Assign a rank to a player (e.g., /setrank Naizo admin).
• /removerank <player> <rank>: Remove a rank from a player.
• Configurable: Define ranks, permissions, and settings in ranks.json.

[NEW] GUI Menus

Visual interfaces for easier navigation:

• Home List GUI: /homes now opens a clickable menu of your saved homes.
• Warp List GUI: /warps now opens a clickable menu of server warps.

[IMPROVED] Random Teleport (RTP)

• Smarter Safety Checks: Fixed issues where the command would reject valid locations. It now reliably finds safe ground.
• Configurable Ranges: You can now set minRange and maxRange per rank in ranks.json (e.g., VIPs can teleport further).
• Better Performance: Optimized chunk scanning logic.

[NEW] Admin Tools

• Vanish: /vanish to become invisible to other players while monitoring the server.
• Admin Chat: /a or /ac for private staff communication.
• Cooldowns: global cooldown system prevents command spam.
