Key Features

Scheduled Announcements: Automatically send announcements at configurable intervals
Cron-Based Scheduling: Schedule announcements using cron expressions (e.g., daily at noon)
Simple Mode Scheduling: Use duration strings (10s, 5m, 1h, 2d) for easy interval-based scheduling
Sound System: Play sounds with announcements (default sounds for title/notification)
Advanced Lag Protection: Smart gap protection prevents announcement bursts during server lag
Announcement Modes: ROTATION mode (one global interval, rotate one at a time)

Installation

Download the latest version from CurseForge
Place the JAR file in your server's mods folder
Start/restart your server (Hytale 0.5.6+, Java 25)
Configuration files will be created in HyAnnouncer_tins/ directory
Edit config files and use /ha reload to apply changes

GUI System

HyAnnouncer includes an interactive web-based GUI for managing announcements. Access it with /ha gui.

The GUI provides:

Welcome Messages configuration
Join/Leave Messages configuration
Chat, Title, and Notification Announcements management
Scheduled Actions management (cron and duration-based)
Start/Stop individual announcements
Enable/Disable announcements
Manual message sending
Wiki page with commands and placeholders

Permissions (1.1.7+)

Commands use permission nodes instead of requiring OP. Example:

/perm group add moderator hyannouncer.command.use hyannouncer.command.broadcast hyannouncer.command.send hyannouncer.command.gui
/perm group add admin hyannouncer.admin

OP (*) still grants full access.
