added new mode WHITELIST or BLACKLIST
WHITELIST in allowed types will only stack those in the allowed types
BLACKLIST in allowed types will stack all mobs except whats in the allowed list

Added a void cleanup now any items mobs that go to the void will be removed 

fixed nameplate change for stacked mobs below x2
also no longer should big stacks just die as there wasa cascading bug

RPGLeveling fix becasue we remove the deathcomponent and decrease stack size the plugin never sees the death so now we manually call award xp based of the internal calculation for the plugin meaning you shoudl now get the correct exp for killing mobs
