Homesteadin: Seed Cycle

Adds a Seeds Composter to the "Homesteadin" mod! Convert unused Seeds into Compost using the new Seeds Composter Bench. Compost can then be used as a Hard Compostable material in the Composter to produce valuable Fertilizer.
