Organized Foods by Quality and Tiers and applies buff descriptions to all the foods added so far.
Now added T4-7 Buffs (w/Icons, Particle effects) for Epic, Legendary, Mythic, and Unique Dishes from my mod as follows:
T4= Instant 20% HP, (Meat) = 20% Max Health w/12:00 Duration, (Veggie) = 40% Stamina Max w/12:00 Duration
T5= Instant 30% HP, (Meat) = 30% Max Health w/19:00 Duration, (Veggie) = 50% Stamina Max w/19:00 Duration
T6= Instant 40% HP, (Meat) = 40% Max Health w/27:00 Duration, (Veggie) = 60% Stamina Max w/27:00 Duration
T7= Instant 50% HP, (Meat) = 60% Max Health w/27:00 Duration, (Veggie) = 80% Stamina Max w/38:00 Duration
