1. OVERVIEW

This mod is a community-created modification for the game Hytale.
The Mod incorporates certain Licensed Assets owned by Hypixel Studios Canada Inc.
("Hypixel Studios Canada"), which are made available under the Hytale Shared
Source Agreement (the "Shared Source Agreement").

This license explains the terms under which you may use, modify, and distribute
the Mod. It is divided into two parts:
(a) the Original Code, which is owned by the Mod author(s); and
(b) the Licensed Assets, which are owned by Hypixel Studios Canada and are
subject to the Shared Source Agreement.

2. ORIGINAL CODE

The source code originally authored by the Mod author(s) ("Original Code") is
licensed under the MIT License.

3. LICENSED ASSETS

The Mod incorporates Licensed Assets from Hytale. These Licensed Assets
are owned by Hypixel Studios Canada or its licensors and are governed by the
Hytale Shared Source Agreement.

The Licensed Assets are confidential to Hypixel Studios Canada or its
licensors. You must keep them confidential and must not disclose, publish, or
make them available to any person who does not hold a valid Hytale Account and
has not accepted the Shared Source Agreement. These obligations survive
termination of this license.

You may NOT:
(a) sublicense, relicense, or redistribute the Licensed Assets under any
license other than the Shared Source Agreement;
(b) distribute the Licensed Assets separately from the Mod;
(c) modify or create independent derivative works of the Licensed Assets;
(d) distribute the Mod, or any content incorporating the Licensed Assets, to
any person who does not hold a valid Hytale Account and has not accepted
the Shared Source Agreement;
(e) use the Licensed Assets outside the Hytale Ecosystem;
(f) use the Licensed Assets to perform competitive analysis of Hypixel
Studios Canada or to develop, market, or operate any product or service
that directly or indirectly competes with the Game.

4. DISTRIBUTION

The Mod may only be distributed to persons who:
(a) hold a valid Hytale Account;
(b) have accepted the Hytale Shared Source Agreement; and
(c) are acting within the Hytale Ecosystem.

Any distribution of the Mod must include:
(a) a copy of this license or a prominent link to it;
(b) a copy of the Hytale Shared Source Agreement or a prominent link to it;
(c) the following notice: "This software contains source code and/or assets
provided by Hypixel Studios Canada Inc."

5. ATTRIBUTION AND TRADEMARKS

You may use the word "Hytale" descriptively to indicate compatibility
(e.g., "Mod for Hytale"), but you may not use Hypixel Studios Canada's logos,
trade dress, or trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement or origin without
written permission.

If the Licensed Materials are accompanied by a "third-party notices" or
similar file, software or content identified in that file is governed by those
separate license terms.

All trademarks mentioned herein are the property of their respective owners.

6. DISCLAIMER

THE MOD IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR
COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER
IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN
CONNECTION WITH THE MOD OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE MOD.

7. NO AFFILIATION

This Mod is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hypixel Studios
Canada Inc. or its licensors.

8. GOVERNING TERMS

In the event of any conflict between this license and the Hytale Shared Source
Agreement, the Hytale Shared Source Agreement shall prevail with respect to the
Licensed Assets.
