Now allow ADVENTURER mod to use /hero and /hero gui so you dont need to mess with permissions in SOLO player.


Updated several key things in the FactionAPI to be more robust for other plugins building off of it.
- Adding nameplates to Heroes RPG so it will append Factions - later this will be a config setting.
- Added first choice of race/class/prof to be free on swap if theres a cost or cooldown set.
- Fixes issues with Professions overriding inventory restrictions for classes.
