Unless explicitly permitted below, all rights to HedgeTale, including its original code, assets, textures, designs, and other original content, are reserved by the author.

1. Personal Use

You may download, install, and use HedgeTale for personal gameplay, including on private or public game servers.

2. Modpack Permissions

You may include HedgeTale in publicly or privately distributed modpacks, provided that:

• The modpack obtains HedgeTale through its official CurseForge project page or an authorized distribution method.

• The modpack credits HedgeTale and links to its official project page.

• The modpack does not include unauthorized copies or modified releases of HedgeTale.

• The modpack does not imply that its creator owns, develops, or officially represents HedgeTale.

3. Redistribution and Reuploads

Redistributing, reuploading, mirroring, or republishing HedgeTale's files outside the authorized distribution methods is prohibited without prior written permission from the author.

4. Modified Versions and Derivative Works

Publishing, distributing, or reuploading modified versions, forks, or derivative works containing HedgeTale's original code or assets is prohibited without prior written permission from the author. Personal modifications for private use are permitted, provided they are not redistributed.

5. Commercial Use

Selling HedgeTale, charging for access to its files, bundling it with paid products, or commercially redistributing its files requires prior written permission from the author. This restriction does not prohibit ordinary gameplay content, such as videos or streams, unless otherwise specified.

6. Ownership and Attribution

HedgeTale may not be claimed as another person's original work. Permission to include HedgeTale in a modpack does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reuse its code or assets in other projects.

7. Permissions and Exceptions

Any permission not expressly granted by this license remains reserved to the author. Additional permissions must be granted in writing by the author.

This license applies only to content owned by the HedgeTale author. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

Unauthorized use may result in a request for removal or other remedies available under applicable law.
