An advanced water breathing potion providing 20 minutes of unlimited oxygen underwater, and a small increase in movement speed.

Duration: 20 minutes
Waterlily: Can be found growing on most sources of water throughout the world.
Azure Kelp and Blue Glowing Mushrooms: Both ingredients can be found in the blue biomes.
