[Global] 1/10000 Chance for Foxy Withered Jumpscare Every Second

Adds a 1/10000 chance of getting jumpscared by Withered Foxy every second.

MultipleHUD support will be added soon.

Features

• Every Player gets jumpscared at the same time
• Jumpscare chance every second is configurable
• Players can get excluded of being jumpscared by adding their names to the config
• Type /foxyjumpscare with op to trigger a jumpscare

The config file is under Your World > mods > SmileGuy_FoxyJumpscare > FoxyJumpscare.json.
The config gets created after loading the world with the mod enabled, after editing the config restart your world.
