Adds new naturally generating ores for each gem type to Hytale! (Diamond, Emerald, Ruby, Topaz, Sapphire, Voidstone, and Zephyr Ores).

- tweaked the generation stats so now there is a slightly higher chance that more gems spawn below y level 20
