Functional Woodcutter's Block

Adds functionality to the Woodcutter's Block, which currently has no use. Logs are processed into 2 planks.

This is a simple pack that adds functionality and a crafting recipe for the Wood Cutter's Block. By default the bench has no use, but this mod aims to rectify that! Place in any type of wood and get 2 of the corresponding wood type's plank back. Please leave a comment if I missed any wood types or any of the types do not match up correctly!
