Bugfix: Plugin Load Order Crash

  • Fixed: NullPointerException on NPCPlugin.get() during setup (line 169)
    • Root cause: FlyRing had no declared dependencies — plugin load order was non-deterministic
    • If NPCPlugin loaded after FlyRing, NPCPlugin.get() returned null → crash
    • Added "Hytale:NPCPlugin": "*" to manifest.json Dependencies
    • This guarantees NPCPlugin is initialized before FlyRing's setup() runs
