Ferroh's Skylands (Fragment)

This new POI is an azure-themed floating island pond & garden. Chests/ore can be found in or on the major rock outcropping on this island. There are 4 versions of loot that can be found: 1. Cobalt ore only, no chest inside rock. 2. Adamantite ore only, no chest inside rock. 3. No ore on rock, chest contains various azure foliage (no azure kelp) and some cobalt ore. 4. No ore on rock, chest contains a 6 azurecaps, 2 prisma ore, and the recipe for azurecap mushroom seeds.
