Adds a second Healing totem that lasts a shorter time but heals you faster and more. The totem is somewhat spammable. Using it in battle is still not ideal as it will heal your enemies. This is more like something you use after a battle to not wait around and waste food, making consumables only necessary for battles and Stamina boosts.
Due to the item being so broken, I decided to make it a late game item requiring a reasonable amount of grinding to obtain
