Fixed area tilling and area watering.
Till no longer goes to dirt blocks below.
Till now acts like a 3x3.

Seed drops modified to:
0 Seeds: 10%
1 Seeds: 40%
2 Seeds: 30%
3 Seeds: 20%

There is a config file that isn't working yet. Be patience
