-Fixed Woodcutter edge cases(there are a lot, skinny trees, trunks, below surface roots, race conditions between placer and cutter)

-There may still be bugs with the woodcutter, let me know on github issues

-I cannot recommend growing saplings with known under growth of 3 blocks or more as it will destroy the placer under your field

-Woodcutter harvest area was expanded to 7x7 to clean up sapling 2x2 growth

-added Farming+ Compost Compat
