+ [BUGFIX] The type Miner NPC no longer tries to pathfind.

+ [BUGFIX] Expired NPCs on the public market now actually despawn when the expiration date is over.

NOTE: Any NPCs with type Miner should be respawned and reconfigured! This is because previously the plugin forced the miner to stand still every 20m/s, but with this update I managed to get this set on spawning, which reduced CPU load (especially when having many NPCs)
