| This license applies to any software, mod, API, tool, asset pack, or digital product (the "Project") released under this license by NightLum Studio. |

| 1. Grant of Permission |
|
| You are permitted to: |

| - Download, install, and use the Project for personal use. |
| - Include the Project in public or private servers. |
| - Operate commercial or non-commercial servers using the Project. |
| - Monetize your server (including donations, paid ranks, subscriptions, cosmetic perks, or access fees), provided that the Project itself is not sold, redistributed, or offered as a standalone paid product. |

| 2. Restrictions |

| You may NOT: |
|
| - Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially distribute the Project itself. |
| - Reupload the Project to other platforms, repositories, or marketplaces without explicit written permission from NightLum Studio. |
| - Modify and distribute the modified version as a separate product. |
| - Extract and redistribute assets, code, or components from the Project. |
| - Claim authorship of the Project or any part of it. |

| 3. Monetization Clarification |
|
| Server monetization is allowed as long as: |
|
| - The Project remains part of the overall server experience. |
| - The Project is not paywalled as a standalone downloadable product. |
| - The Project is not marketed or sold as an independent paid asset. |
|
| 4. Ownership |
|
| All intellectual property rights in the Project remain the exclusive property of NightLum Studio. |

| 5. Disclaimer |
|
| The Project is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. NightLum Studio shall not be liable for any damages arising from its use. |
|
| 6. Reservation of Rights |
|
| NightLum Studio reserves the right to offer premium versions, separate commercial licenses, or additional content under different terms. |
