Raid Sharding Rework
The raid sharding system has been redesigned for smoother large-scale raids.

Raids now gather everyone in a single staging world before splitting players into balanced shards at the end of call-up.

All shards now begin simultaneously instead of starting independently.

Shard worlds are generated during the gathering phase to eliminate large lag spikes when raids begin.

Default shard size has been reduced from 20 players to 15 for better performance.

Guilds and parties now stay together whenever possible during shard assignment.

Added
/el shardand/el shard switch <n>to view and switch shards during the pre-wave countdown. -
Personal leaderboard rewards are now paid immediately when your shard finishes, while guild rankings are calculated once after every shard completes.
S-Rank Gate Party System
S-Rank Gates now automatically create a temporary server-managed party.

Everyone participating joins the same party automatically.

Existing personal parties are restored when the gate ends.

System parties do not affect boss scaling.

Friendly fire remains disabled.

Players who disconnect during an S-Gate can automatically rejoin their party when reconnecting.
Gate Improvements

PvP protection now applies to all gate ranks, not just S Gates.

Gate PvP zones are more reliable and use chunk-aligned detection.

Gate monster health is now scaled independently from damage and defense.

Health now increases by gate rank instead of using one flat multiplier.
Damage Tracker Improvements
Several long-standing tracking issues have been fixed.

Healing is now correctly credited to the player who performed the heal.

Damage meters no longer count prevented or cancelled damage.

Added a dedicated Guild Raid Leaderboard page.

Guild raid leaderboards are now saved permanently and remain available after server restarts.

Guild raid results now appear as their own entries inside Damage Tracker history.
Performance Improvements
Numerous optimizations reduce world thread load and improve stability.

Pre-generated raid shard worlds reduce startup lag.

Cached augment lookups and world override calculations.

Async profile loading prevents world thread stalls.

Leaderboards now rebuild asynchronously.

Various world cleanup improvements reduce the chance of orphaned instances and memory buildup.
