This mod is a small Proof Of Concept project that demonstrates basic weapon enchantments and a simple enchanting workflow in Hytale. It is not intended to significantly deepen or rebalance combat, but instead to showcase how enchantments and custom crafting stations can work.
The mod adds three lightly enchanted Iron Swords, each with a simple, easy to understand effect:
Ice:
Freezes enemies on hit, slightly reducing their movement speed for a short time.
Flame:
Applies a burning effect to enemies when struck, dealing minor damage over time.
Durability:
Increases the durability of the weapon, allowing it to last longer before breaking.
The mod also includes an Enchanter’s Bench, a custom crafting station that is required to enchant weapons. This bench exists mainly to demonstrate how a dedicated enchanting block can be implemented.
The main goal of this mod is to act as a technical demonstration and learning project, showing how enchanted items and custom crafting stations can be added to Hytale. It is ideal for testing, experimentation, or as a base for future expansion.
