EarlySleep-SM - Version 3.0.0

  1. Refactor: Migration to a modular architecture (Main/Manager/Command separation).
  2. Features: Added 100% Health/Stamina recovery and temporary buffs (Regen) on wake up.
  3. Logic: Implemented dynamic delay (3.2s solo / 1s multiplayer) when sleepDelay is -1.
  4. Commands: Added status sub-options for sleep, wake, and delay to show current JSON values.
  5. Logs: Added automatic multiplayer chat notifications showing sleeping/awake players.
  6. Fixes: Resolved @Nonnull reference errors and JSON parsing for long/double values.
