This license applies to any project or digital product (the "Project") released by NightLum Studios under this license.

1. Definitions

"Project" means the complete set of materials distributed under this license, including but not limited to source code, compiled binaries, assets, data files, and documentation.

"Modified Version" means any version of the Project that has been altered, adapted, or derived from the original Project, in whole or in part.

"Distribution" means making the Project or any part of it available to third parties by any means, including but not limited to publishing, sharing, transferring, sublicensing, or providing access to the Project as a standalone product or reusable component.

"Commercial Use" means use of the Project in any manner intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or monetary compensation.

2. Grant of Permission

Subject to the terms of this license, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

- Download, install, and use the Project;

- Use the Project for both commercial and non-commercial purposes, including as part of your own products, services, or workflows;

- Modify the Project and create Modified Versions for use within your own products, services, or workflows.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

- Distribute the Project, in whole or in part, without explicit prior written permission from NightLum Studios;

- Distribute, publish, share, sublicense, or otherwise make available any Modified Version of the Project;

- Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the Project or any Modified Version as a standalone product or as a reusable component;

- Extract, reuse, or redistribute any individual components, assets, or code from the Project or any Modified Version, in original or modified form;

- Represent the Project or any Modified Version, in whole or in part, as your own work.

4. Permitted Use Clarification

Use of the Project or any Modified Version within your own products, services, or workflows, including commercial products, is permitted, provided that:

- the Project or Modified Version is not distributed independently, and  

- the Project or Modified Version is not provided to third parties as a reusable component, library, asset pack, or standalone functionality.

5. Attribution

If you are explicitly granted permission to distribute the Project, you must retain this license and copyright notice in full.

6. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Project and any Modified Versions, including all intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of NightLum Studios.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Project is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NightLum Studios shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Project.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

10. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted under this license are reserved by NightLum Studios. NightLum Studios may offer the Project under separate commercial or premium licensing terms.

11. Governing Law

This license shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Germany.
