Downed!

New: anonymous telemetry (on by default, easy to turn off)

• imdowned now sends anonymous usage counts and cleaned-up error reports to telemetry.redcity.es every 15 minutes. It reports how often players get downed and revived, and how many are downed right now. No player names, UUIDs, chat or coordinates are ever sent.
• Nothing is sent during the first 10 minutes after each server start.
• Turn it off with /telemetry in game (needs esq.telemetry.admin), /telemetry disable from the console, or "Telemetry": { "Enabled": false } in the config. Privacy policy: https://telemetry.redcity.es/privacy

Fixes

• Fixed an intermittent crash on server boot. The ECS systems are now registered during setup, so imdowned no longer takes down plugins that depend on it.
