Didn't Make the Cut Loom

This is a simple mod that ports just the Loom from Nty's deprecated "Didn't Make the Cut" mod to the current version of the game. I've only tested the mod in 0.5.3, but it should theoretically be compatible with any version. My only change from the original mod is that I've reverted the crafting back to the vanilla recipe with cotton scraps, which can be crafted in the Farmer's Workbench for 5 cotton apiece.

Features:
- Full Loom Bench functionality, with all cloth-based armors and associated bolts available for crafting.
- Linen Scraps craftable inside the farmer's workbench.
