Diamond Gear Pack

This pack adds diamond ores, blocks and almost all weapons, tools and armor.
What's new
- fixed the diamond pickaxe (added correct power level , can now mine all other ores)
- changed durability of all armor to 600
- changed durability of all weapons/tools to 1200
- replaced previous dependencies with OreGenLib by Dtap_Gaming to increase performance and fix ore generation
- changed the recipes of the diamond armor slightly
