What's new

Added:
Success chance for every oppend book.
Dust that allows you to increase success change for books.
Tinkerer command which opens a UI that allows you to convert books you dont need into charcoal which then has a 50% to give you dust
Enchanted books now stack (if they are the same level and have the same success chance)
