New command  /bless -> removes all debuffs from player like blessed enchant.

new Enchants -> Rage, Necromancer.

Rage -> When you combo a player you get rewarded with bonus damage up to +60%
with max of 5 stacks. Stacks reset when damaged.

Necromancer -> spawn tanky and damage dealing undead warriors to help you fight your enemy

Dynamic Tooltip support:
Added support for the dynamicTooltips mod.


Better proc notifications:
Stopped the proc notifications from spamming your chat. it now appears as a notification on left hand side of screen

Balance changes: 

Some balance changes to existing enchants.
