Everything below is new, because this is where the mod starts.
Villagers
- Villagers are generated as humans with their own appearance, first name and surname. Their looks are stored and restored, never re-rolled.
- 15 personalities and 18 traits (athletic, tough, frail, left-handed, heterochromia, albinism, colour-blind, lactose intolerant, coeliac, diabetic, dwarfism, bisexual, homosexual, asexual, infertile, ageless…).
- Five age stages — baby, infant, child, teen, adult — with real growth over time, and height that follows the stage and the traits.
- Mutual attraction: who can fall for whom is decided by both sides.
- A floating nameplate with their name and who they are to you.
You
- The first villager you meet asks who you are: sex, who you your own traits. It decides who can return your affection and inherit.

Talking to them
- Press F on a villager for their page: affinity, patience, traits and what they are saying.
- Seven social interactions: chat, tell a joke, ask for a story, flirt, hug, kiss, apologise.
- Answers depend on personality, bond and history — includin already asked the same thing five times today.
- No cooldown timers. They grow tired of you instead, and th shown on their page.
- All of it is data-driven: dialogue lives in editable JSON catalogues, one set per language.
Gifts
- Give a villager anything you are holding.
- Gifts are matched by item family, so flowers, jewels, coins, food, fish, weapons and metals all land differently.
- Reactions depend on personality and traits: a greedy villager peaceful one does not want your sword.
Marriage, children and family
- Marry a villager: courtship, engagement with a cost, weddi and divorce.
- Marry another player:
/ca marry <player>, answered with/ca acceptor/ca decline. Your family gets its own surname, which eve - Children with your spouse, villager or player: a baby yo care for until they grow up.
- Children inherit from both parents — face, height and trai has may pass on; what both have passes more easily.
- Infertility is respected: if either parent carries the tra no children, and the game says so plainly.
- Villagers court, marry and have children among themselves, so the village grows without you.
- A navigable family tree that shows villager and player par when a player parent is offline.

Orders and work
- Orders: follow me, wait here, come here, carry on, assign
- Hire a lumberjack and the work is real: they walk to a tre bring you the timber.
- They will not chop on land they are not allowed to touch, and trunks — never your wooden walls.
- Wages on a timer: stop paying and they stop working, and they hold it against you.
Villages
- Register a building from inside it. Validation is honest: a roof, with a bed inside.
- Nine building types, recognised by what you put in them: house, manor, inn, smithy, armoury, tannery, library, laboratory, kitchen.

Ruling a village
- Population cap by standing — and from Notable upward the many as you can house.

- Decrees, unlocked as you rank up: birth rate, weddings, travellers and curfew.
- Inns attract travellers you can offer a life in the villag refuse.

Daily life
- They sleep in their own bed at night, under their village's curfew.
- They sit down on chairs, stools and benches when there is nothing to do.
- They open and close doors on their way.

- Villager Contract — bought from the wandering merchant for of Life. Only works inside a village.
- Village Register — crafted at the Workbench (Tools).
- Family Staff — crafted at the Workbench (Tools).
- Baby — handed to you when a child is on the way.

Language
- Fully playable in English and Spanish, switchable in game, villagers' dialogue included.
- Item names follow the game's own language.
Under the hood
- A villager's record is the source of truth: bodies are res restarts and chunk unloads, so nobody disappears.
- Guards against two engine crashes that take the whole world down with them, both triggered by incomplete villager bodies.
- No telemetry. The mod never connects to anything.
